English narration is generated locally with Kokoro stock voices af_heart and am_michael.

This notice describes the source tools; it does not assign an Apache license to RTCOM videos, dialogue or artwork. Model weights and generator runtime are not included in this website package.

The original RTCOM character/background art and five earlier DecoPlan Cave films remain in use. Narration timbre in the new films differs from the earlier recordings.
